Springdale, Arkansas · Family-owned since 1965

Three generations of Stiths keeping Northwest Arkansas plumbed, heated and cooled since 1965.

Gary Stith bought the company his father and uncle started, and the same family still answers the phone. Plumbing, furnaces and air conditioning for homes and businesses, with emergency service around the clock.

From the Stith job log

Sixty years of work, filed one job at a time

No stock photos and no showroom renders. These are frames off the Stith crew's own phones, from crawlspaces, rooftops and trenches across Northwest Arkansas.

A crane lifting a new rooftop HVAC unit onto a commercial metal building

Commercial HVAC

A rooftop unit, set by crane

Some jobs start with a crane booked for the morning. The unit goes up, the curb is ready, and the crew is on the roof to land it square.

A replacement furnace and new ductwork installed in a crawlspace

Heating

Furnace change-out, on our backs

Crawlspaces are where furnaces go to be forgotten. This one came out, a new one went in, and the flue and ductwork were reconnected before anyone called it done.

A wall-mounted tankless water heater with new gas and water piping

Plumbing

Tankless, piped clean

Gas, water and venting run square to the wall, with shutoffs where the next plumber will look for them. Hard water is why the service valves matter.

A walk-in cooler evaporator mounted to an insulated ceiling

Refrigeration

Inside a walk-in cooler

Restaurants and shops run on cold boxes. The evaporator inside and the condensing unit outside are the same trade, just with less room for error.

A ductless mini-split condenser mounted beside a cedar-sided house

Cooling

Ductless on a cedar wall

No ductwork reached this part of the house, so a mini-split did. The line set runs tight up the siding in a cover, not looped across the wall.

A wall-hung boiler and radiant heating manifold with copper piping

Boilers

Boiler and radiant manifold

Boiler work needs a boiler licence, and Stith holds one, number 11305. Copper, pumps and the radiant manifold, all on one garage wall.

A Stith crew member working in an excavated trench to reach a buried line

Sewer and water lines

Down to the line

When the camera says the break is under the yard, somebody has to dig. This frame is from the bottom of one of those trenches.

A Stith Plumbing & HVAC van, lettered Serving NWA since 1965 with its licence numbers, parked behind a newly installed condensing unit

Painted on the van door

MP4210 and HVAC 1056339. The licence numbers ride on the truck, not in fine print.

Who pulls into your driveway

A crew with names, and a family that has signed for the work since 1965.

Gary Stith joined the family business in 1992 and bought it in 1998. Brett and Zach Stith work the residential trucks now, and customers mention Ridge, Zach, Kathy and Leigh by name in their reviews. That only happens when the same people keep showing up.

What people ask before they call

Response times depend on demand and the issue, but Stith Plumbing and HVAC prioritizes urgent comfort problems. Emergency service is available, and technicians arrive prepared to diagnose and restore heating or cooling as quickly and safely as possible.

If your system is newer and the repair is minor, fixing it often makes sense. If it's older, inefficient, or repairing frequently, replacement may be the better long-term option. Stith Plumbing and HVAC explains both paths clearly and helps homeowners decide without pressure.

Most heating and air conditioning systems should be professionally tuned up once a year. Annual maintenance improves efficiency, reduces breakdowns, and extends system life. Many homeowners schedule AC tune-ups in spring and furnace tune-ups in fall.
